THE TASTE OF CHICAGO
Whilst on my summer vacation, I went to the Taste of Chicago and I had alligator and oxtails to eat. OK I'm a weirdo. When ever will I do that again??!! Then I had a chocolate covered frozen banana. That rules!
Last night a friend, who has just come back from Japan, was talking about how they eat dog & cat. I was completly appalled. He said he didn't eat any of the dog or cat, but did eat horse. I guess it's what is different between cultures and animals of value. I know there are cultures that value cows, I am sure somewhere they value chicken and pigs and are appalled by our choice in meats.

Once (years ago) when I was in Ireland I had Oxtail Soup & I liked it. I've never had alligator tho *laugh*
