GRANNY IN A CANNABIS CAP

I saw a granny in a cannabis cap. She was on the bus on my way to work and I couldn't believe my eyes. WTH? What would possess an ol' lady in her late 70's or early 80's to put a kooky thing like that on??? It cracked me the hell up. And it made my day.
